Going through the motions, feeling continually under pressure, trapped in an existence that is neither fulfilling or sustainable. Sound familiar? This was how it was when I decided to begin this blog. I was burnt out, breaking apart, and had long lost the point to it all.
I wanted to feel alive!
I went searching for answers, initially with my head, but found connecting with my heart was the route to transformation.
“My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists.”
― Nikola Tesla
Following my heart, inspired by various teachers and guided by the wisdom of nature, I took a path that shifted my perception. I started to be aware of a purposeful, powerful force that is everywhere, the source of everything, including us. Call this force any name you wish, but be reassured of its wisdom, beyond our conception, and feel its essence of pure love.
The journey of life moves us from times of clear blue skies through storms and over rocky terrain. Whilst I have no route map depicting the whys and wherefores, I know now that I am never alone.
You see we are warriors of life, connected by our hearts to the Great Source. We have the inner strength, resilience, insight and awareness to navigate the road ahead. Our destination and purpose may seem a mystery but do not let the uncertainty distract you from the wonders and wisdom along the way. Pause and take in the view.
I welcome you to join me on my path and I encourage you to add a comment and share your experiences. Many blessings!
