Do you feel like life is a never-ending list of tasks? Are you tired of feeling like a number? Suffering with anxiety and depression I began asking – Surely life is about more than this?

“My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists.”
― Nikola Tesla

Inspired by those who speak of consciousness, I began a personal journey of realisation, that has taught me to perceive my reality in a new way. My early posts were written during a difficult time in my life. I was looking for purpose and meaning fuelled by a desperation for change. What I realised was that the transformation would commence from deep within myself.

I began observing and learning from the wonders and wisdom of nature, in all its forces. The forgotten understanding held by our ancient ancestors.  In a time when Science, Spirituality and Philosophy appear to be finding commonalities.  Are there aspects of existence being discovered that will take us to an evolutionary future? Peace is surely the way forward once we realise that the whole Planet and perhaps even the Universe functions as one giant organism, reliant on our relationship with everything else. We are, from several different angles of thinking – all one!

In my later blogs, I often take you with me as I walk the moor. In the solitude of this vast place, I find a presence that reassures, strengthens, and teaches me. It is a presence that no words can describe with fullness. It is not a ‘thing’ rather the very essence of aliveness, that can be felt or experienced in ways unique to each of us. This is an instinctual process of tuning in, rather than a specific practice. We are all on our own journeys, walking our own paths, yet inseparably connected.

My hope is that through sharing my experiences I can connect with you. Shine a light on how our lives are full of meaning. Once we realise, we are so much more than our jobs, our wealth, and our status. The journey from mundane to meaning.
